EASY CHICKEN SALAD RECIPE
2 Cups Chicken – chopped (can use 2 cans of chopped chicken)
1/2 Cup Mayo (I used Dukes’s but you can also use Miracle Whip)
1 Celery Stalk – chopped (can replace with about 2 teaspoons Parsley instead)
1 Tbls Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1. Put the chopped chicken in a medium sized bowl.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, pepper and lemon juice until well combined.
3. Add the mayo mixture and chopped celery to the chicken and mix.
4. Serve with crackers or as a sandwich. Must be kept refrigerated.
