CLASSIC CHICKEN SALAD RECIPE
1 heaping cup baked chicken breast, skin removed and chopped
1/4 cup finely diced celery
2 tablespoon finely diced red onion
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Combine all ingredients into a medium bowl and gently stir until well combined. Serve and enjoy!

2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
2 tablespoons diced cucumbers
2 tablespoon toasted sliced almonds
1 clove crushed clove garlic
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Combine all ingredients into a medium bowl and gently stir until well combined. Serve and enjoy!

1 tablespoon of your favorite buffalo hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
dash cayenne of cayenne pepper if you like a little heat
Combine all ingredients into a medium bowl and gently stir until well combined. Serve and enjoy!

my school brought me here….
I would add just one thing (if you’re making the classic) sweet relish. Some like it, some don’t, but me personally I think the sweetness rounds out the savory flavor from the chicken, especially if you boil it instead of roasting it.
I’m so happy that I saw this today because I am learning how to cook and well ( I’m eleven 😅) so I will cook for my ( picky eater of a sister) sister so that we don’t get stomach aches!
