Hello my beautiful family, hope you enjoy another easy and delicious recipe!!! Make sure you check out the description box for all details!!!!🥰
I have made this a few times now, Its a favorite in our household. Thanks ❤
Going to make this recipe for dinner today, but green Chile de árbol? I made it last time & can’t remember what I substituted it for because I couldn’t find the (green Chile de árbol) Claudia any suggestions? Should I just use red Chile de árbol?
What if I only have the red Chile de arbol?? Can I use that?,
In Japan. I’m happy I found your channel. I’ve been making the food that I grew up with. Thank you for breaking it all down for me.
You didn’t add garbanzo beans or green beans…
Hi Claudia, I made this soup tonight and it's incredible!! My family absolutely loved it! Thank you so much! 😎👍 All the best – Luther
Delicious!!!!!
When we add the meat, do we boil it for 50 or 15 minutes? Thanks! Making it now.
At 1:19 did you say you let it cook for 15 minutes or 50 minutes? Trying to make caldo de res for the family tomorrow 🙂
My Broth (before adding anything) looks really murky and weird beef stuff settles on the bottom. Is this normal? You never skimmed the top for the foamy bubbles, is that because you washed the beef before hand?
Thank u so much for ur recipe today is my second time doing it. It's delicious 😋
It's called "Scum". When you skim the scum out of the boiling pot, you will have a Cleaner Broth. Scum is impurities released from the meat.
I came across your videos today (11/11/21) and I have to tell you, make everything look delicious and easy to follow recipes! I made the caldo de res and it was so delicious! Gracias! Looking forward to making more of your recipes! 🙂
Did you say '50' or '15' minutes boiling the meat?
Claudia is the most beautiful chief I’ve ever seen and her cooking is wonderful and easy to follow.
are you using a 24 quart pot?, because I need to make double of the amount you are making.
Love watching your videos in the process of making a caldo d ress 🥰🥰🥰😘
Love your cooking!
I made this and it is so nourishing. I like this soup because the vegetables are not mushy. You taste them. The broth is so good. I will definitely make this again. Oh and the corn is better the next day…sits in broth.😋
So you get more flavor searing the meat leaving the juices and then pouring water to boil? I dunno
Making this now. I hope it's good lol. Looks amazing..
Making this next week !!! This is a HIT 😍😍😍
Thanks for sharing your recipe Claudia. I’m going to try this today. Do you have any recipes that are low in sodium because I was diagnosed with very high blood pressure. Thank you so much♥️🙏😍🥰

I've never heard of cooking corn for an hour!!! It only takes 3-5 to boil corn. Why cook it for so long???
Ive been following your recipes for a few months now. I think my mom is jealous that i dont ask her how to make a bunch of meals anymore👀😂😂
I love women that can cook.
I did this the other day and my wife loved it I’m doing it again today’s it has the best flavor I’ve ever tasted since I don’t like veggies but this I loved and finished it
Where did you get the pans for the 2 sauces you made and the black pots
Claudia, do you mind me asking. Do you have well water or do you use city water when you cook?
I'm making this tomorrow
HELP!!! After you put the meat in the water did you say to cook for 15 min or 50min???

How long did you cook the meat with garlic head and onion before you removed them, not sure if I heard 15 minutes or 50 minutes. I replayed and replayed but I can't get it.
