Easy low carb and gluten free almond flour banana muffins with literally no sugar. These mini almond banana breads are healthy enough for breakfast and melt in your mouth! Kids love them!

3 ripe bananas (brown spots), large
3 eggs, large
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups almond flour
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Cooking spray (I use Misto)

  2. Tried this recipe and it’s super yummy!!! Soft! Moist! Tasty! Even no sugar in it 🥰 thanks for sharing your recipe. I shared it to my friends as well. I add 1/2 tsp nutmeg and 1 tbsp Manuka honey. Then half with chocolate chips and half with blueberries ❤️ really awesome.
