1 small celeriac, about 200 grams
Juice of half a lemon
2-3 tablespoons sour cream and sweet cream
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons roughly chopped walnuts or hazelnuts
1 teaspoon finely chopped celery leaves
Peel celeriac and cut into thin strips.
Immediately sprinkle with lemon juice so that the slices remain white
Mix the sweet and sour chives, season and mix with the celery strips. If necessary, add a little lemon juice to taste.
Sprinkle with nuts and celery leaves and serve
