Keto Condensed Milk Recipe:
Keto Blueberry Ice Cream
125 gm Blueberry
2 tbsp sweetener
1 tsp lemon
500 ml heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup keto sweetened condensed milk
1. Add Blueberry,lemon & sweetner , cook until bluebrry is liquidy.
2. Mash the blueberry with the back of your spoon & allow it to cool.
3. In a large bowl, use a hand mixer or a stand mixer to whip the cream until stiff peaks occur, be careful not to over whip.
4. Add the blueberry mixture & the sweetened keto condensed milk & gently fold in the whipped cream with a spatula, slowly incorporating the two mixtures together so it stays light and aerated.
5. Transfer the mixture to an insulated tub and freeze for 4-6 hours.
This recipe yeilds around 10 scoops of ice cream & macros per serving is as mentioned below.
Net Carb: 2.8 gm
Fat: 24.7 gm
Protein: 1.9 gm
