This Corn Soup is simple and easy to cook. It took 10 minutes only for the preparation and 10 to 12 minutes cooking. I preferred to use a creamed corn in tin rather than a fresh corn because it doesn’t need food processor. It’s up to you if you have a blender you can use a fresh corn but it’s quite a long procedure.
Ingredients :
2 Tin of creamed corn 425g
2 chicken thigh fillets sliced small pieces
1 chicken stock with 1and 1/2cups of hot water to dissolved
6 pieces of green onions or shallots slice small pieces
1/2 cup of cream
1 tbsp butter
