COCONUT CILANTRO LIME BONE BROTH
6 oz hot water
1 packet Dr.KellyAnn’s Bone Broth Homestyle flavor
2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut milk
1 teaspoon lime juice, or a squeeze of fresh lime juice
handful of cilantro
pinch of salt

  1. I made this oatmeal for dinner tonight. I was having a weird craving for oat meal and didn’t want my usual recipe with mixed seeds and coconut, but I remembered seeing this video a while ago. Cauliflower oatmeal just sounds wrong, but oh my goodness, it was delicious. It was like eating the real thing. I forgot to add the oil, it didn’t mention it in the recipe instructions but I guess it goes in with the add ins. I also added 2 drops of oatmeal cookie flavoring and 2 spoonfuls of Allulose and decided to omit the cinnamon and finish it off with a drizzle of syrup. I was blown away with this recipe. I’m not sure what inspired you to put these ingredients together to create oatmeal, but I am so glad you did. Thank you for all your hard work and sharing. Another amazing recipe.

  2. I love videos like this – realistic and achievable meals rather than how to make “perfect” imitation potato salad with 20 expensive ingredients that will take you 2 days! In reality I am never going to do that and I doubt many people will either. Bone broth and cauliflower really is great for everything! I never thought of using cauliflower for an oat substitute though 😂 – might have to give it a go.

  3. Wish y'all wouldn't talk about oatmeal. Been craving a big oatmeal cookie for a month. Today's my birthday. I think I'm gonna cheat and concoct a semi-keto cookie for myself. Probably with chocolate chips. I'm craving crunchy edges with somewhat gooey center. Wish the imaginary maid would hurry up and clean the dishes so I could mess it up again. 😄

  4. I’m having a difficult time eating enough calories while trying to eat low carb. Not only do I have to watch my carbs but saturated fat as well. How do you get in enough calories eating only 25 total carbs a day??? I’m not doing keto, but I enjoy your videos.

  5. I can't tell you how helpful this is!! Yesterday, I threw a keto cookbook on my kitchen floor, so flipping frustrated at the amount of work it takes. You have to count the carbs, calories, fat and protein. Want ten grapes….nope, as it takes the carb count to high. I threw up my hands and thought this is bloody impossible to keep under 20 carbs a day. On the point of giving up and along comes this real life/real person video! Thank you, thank you!!!

  6. What can you use instead of cauliflower? I can not do Cauliflower. What type of blender do you have that you can put hot water in? I tried that and broke my blender glass. Dang, I can not get a replacement, because it was an older model, and it was to expensive to re-purchase. Very sad!
