  1. Hello! I've been watching your cooking videos for some time now but haven't had the time to make anything yet! (Cannot wait to!)
I'm wondering if you have a video on how to make 'Chongqing noodles'? (XIAO MIAN, 重庆小面)
I've only eaten these as instant noodles but would love to make from scratch! 🙂

  2. This looks so delicious Mandy! 😋 Your videos are so clear and easy to follow, it really gives me confidence to try such authentic cuisine!
Keep up the fantastic work 😊
I love how you really enjoy eating your food at the end of the vid too 😁❤

  3. I've never tried this. My favorite is Dim Sum but even better is the Green Curry Crab made by Chef Lin at Hop Lee's in Downtown Los Angeles. I liked at Dim Sum how everyone would check us out because we were the only white family. One of the treasures of Chinese Life is Ginseng Tea. Oh! I can tell I know so little of China. I practice Wu/Hao and Yang styles Tai Chi and Yin style Bagua. I might make some videos one day. My specialty is double sword.

  4. I made this recipe and cut some corners initially. I used older frozen homemade dumplings and cut some corners with the way I made the soup.

Made it again without cutting any corners and it was hands down one of the most delicious things. Thank you for introducing me to this recipe! Definitely a 10/10 would and plan on make it many more times.

Hi! I loved this recipe so much! It really reminds me of a dish at my favorite authentic restaurant near me. The restaurant is Little Szechuan in State College PA US.

They have this dish with Fish fillet soft tofu with minced pork and chili oil. It is sooooo good and I was wondering if you can do a recipe for this. I believe it's just fish and tofu style dish with the amazing Sichuan pepper flavor.

Thank you for all your videos.
    They are the best !
