  1. Guys it is not for weight loss. It has lots of fat ( good fat), carbs and less protein in it. We usually consume required fat everyday through different foods or oils. So do not drink this if your strict about your weight loss and don't add more calories. This recipe is good for health but not for weight loss. When your hungry, you can consume 2 to 3 soaked almonds, walnuts with green tea or ginger tea. Only checking for calories don't work, check the nutritional facts about each food. Do not blindly believe on videos, do your own research twice before eating anything. Good luck 😊

  2. For those of you asking how is this for weight loss. Small amount of nuts in a diet help to keep you full longer. Also, oats help you stay full longer too and oats are used for weight loss alot. Weight loss is about eating balanced healthy meals but taking in less calories and if you are taking in less calories your body still needs about the same vitamins and minerals it was getting before. So for that you need highly nutritious but smaller meals.

  3. For the first time, I am disappointed with Hebbar's Kitchen. I have lost a lot of weight with different types of diets and have researched a lot about diet and weight loss : both practical and theoretical. Believe me, it's neither protein powder, nor will it help with the weight loss.
