  1. Hello Mayra,
    I know this recipe for a long time and tried it many times but I regret it every time because of the psyllium husks that give me a lot of bloating I cannot even breath and since 4 months now, I try without sucess to find the same recipe with eighther xanthan gum or arrowroot powder which I tolerate better. So I was wondering if you had an idea of the quatity of the xanthan gum I can substitue for the quantity of the psyllium husks.
    I also am wondering if someone could tell me if oar fiber is clean / dirty keto and if they had any recipes using it.

I just made shrimp tacos for dinner tonight, I made my own tortillas too except the recipe I used had almond flour, coconut flour, xanthan gum, egg, apple cider vinegar, water, and salt and they are the most amazing keto tortillas. You can get 6 to 8 tortillas depending how big you want them. I cut my ball into 6 to 8 equal size wedges then I press them in the press with parchment paper and also roll them to get them really thin I used the same recipe to make my empanadas.
