We all love chocolates. On this day we all will be having chocolates. Most of the chocolates we get in the market today are full of sugar and edible oil.

Even the dark chocolates have a lot of sugar in it. We don’t know the quality of oil used.

What if we tell you – you can make your chocolate that is not just healthy but if consumed properly can still be a part of your weight loss journey.

We are not saying, it will help you to lose weight. What we are trying to say is – it can replace the chocolates available in the market, it can be made with the best quality of ingredients and if taken in moderation, it can still be a part of your weight loss journey.

We don’t suggest to buy compound baking chocolates as they often have a lot of hydrogenated oil in it which is not at all healthy.

So here is how to go about it.

Ingredients
-1 cup Hershey’s Unsweetened Chocolate Powder
-1/2 cup Stevia
-1 Cup Amul Unsalted Butter
-Pinch of Himalayan Salt
-1/2 cup Almonds
-1/2 Cranberries (Optional)

We hope you like the recipe. it is very easy to make, doesn’t take a lot of time and is healthy.
