Hello, loved the recipe, bit I don't have Stevie, as you mentioned we can add honey but will that affect the consistency?

I can add sugar powder

Does stevia give the same taste as normal sugar?

How much stevia did you use?

Seems very easy but it didn't turn that smooth and silky rather it remained very sticky…I added more oil but still the mixer stopped moving coz it became very sticky
