Keto Maple Syrup is the perfect low carb pancake syrup!
It can also be used to make things like maple glazed salmon, maple glazed pork chops and even in homemade salad dressings!

The really neat thing about this keto syrup is that it doesn’t burn like a regular syrup tends to when you cook and grill with it 🙂

  1. I was born and raised in maple sugaring country, lived there for the first 64 years of my 68 year life. First BIL inherited his parents' maple sugaring operation, so I had access to the best pure maple syrup there is—and I seriously doubt, even though I'm keto-vore, that I could ever make and consume fake stuff. I do allow myself to "break" keto about once a month or so and have keto waffles with pure, real maple syrup, because while you can take the woman out of Michigan, you can't take Michigan, or maple syrup, out of the woman.

  2. Try pre-mixing the Xanthan Gum with the granulated sugar substitute of your choice instead of dumping it in as it will clump. You'll find that mixing it with any powder will stop the Xanthan Gum from clumping as it will diffuse the granules.
Also, the results will be the same no matter when you add it to your recipes.
