Hey guys
I’ve started a new series of healthy recipes, as you have been asking for it a lot. As breakfast is very important meal of the day, so here’s a healthy breakfast recipe for y’all

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
Some cashews, almonds, walnuts & pistachios
2-3 tbsp flax seeds
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
3 tbsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp melon seeds
3 tbsp chia seeds
Handful of dried coconut
3 tbsp ghee/clarified butter/coconut oil
4-5 tbsp jaggery powder/palm sugar/coconut sugar
1-2 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tsp vanilla
Some dried cranberries, golden raisins, black raisins, choco chips.

  1. Thanks for sharing the recipe for granola. Really there are many befits of eating Granola. I think everyone should consume granola in their breakfast to be healthy and fit. I love to eat Granola of TRUE ELEMENTS. Granola of this company is really nice. You should try it once.

  2. Please do correct me:
    Granola is almost equal to gond ke laddu that we eat in winter
    1. Oats is just like wheat/beshan with more fibers
    2. Sweetening agent (honey/shakar) is same in both
    3. Almonds/… is same
    4. Chia seeds is equaivalent/superior to til (rich in fibers)
    5. Ghee used in both

    So overall its a fancy name for gond ke laddu πŸ™‚

  3. Please skip chia seeds, they are not recommended to consume without soaking, as they absorb lots n lots of water and dry your digestive system which may result in constipation.

    Also be aware that our body absorbs nutrition from nuts well when they are soaked
