1/3 tsp black pepper powder
3 tbsp sattu (roasted gram dal)
1/4 tsp ajwain (carrom seeds)
A fat pinch of turmeric powder
1/3 tsp amchur (dry mango powder)
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes (optional)
coriander leaves
Fresh moringa leaves or moringa powder
juice of half a lemon
Pink himalayan salt
2 bread slices
desi ghee or wood pressed oil of your choice.
