This yogurt cake is another recipe for sugar free desserts. It has only 4 main ingredients and it is very easy to make. High in protein (16 g per serving) and low in calories (140 calories). I also found a way to avoid deflating (collapsing after taking it out of the oven).
PRINATEBLE RECIPE:

Ingredients

4 eggs

1 and a half cups (350 grams/12.5 oz) of non fat greek yogurt

1/3 cup of monkfruit sweetener (70 grams/ 2.5 oz)

1/3 cup of corn starch (40 grams / 1.4 oz)

1 tsp vanilla extract

  1. I watch somebody use parchment paper and they were having a hard time putting it in the pan so they crumbled it with their fingers and then open it up again and it laid down in the pan really well just thought I'd pass that on not trying to tell you what to do it's just a tip thank you so much for sharing I figured I'd return the favor

  2. I am wondering whether Arrowroot flour be used instead of corn starch? I rarely have need for corn starch so I do not buy it often.
I know people hate when folks ask about substitutions, but I thought I'd mention it in comments so I can perhaps try now and then try when I get some corn starch in the future. Or any other person thinks about it. maybe the will comment.
    Cheers! It looks delicious.
