Your videos are very clear and straightforward, and you explain in detail. Btw, i didn’t know that buckwheat can be eaten raw, i always thought you had to either cook or bake/toast it 🙂

  3. P.S. HOPING THIS WORKS FOR NUT SUFFERERS::: I'm allergic to MOLDY NUTS (cashews, peanuts, sometimes pistachios but not always). I react to almond SKINS so, by removing the skins, I am able to freely use them. Trader Joe's nuts/seeds are usually rancid (not cold temperature controlled).
