VEGAN PROTEIN POWDER

Wild garlic omelette (Serves 1)
3 eggs
50g cottage cheese
Handful wild garlic
100g cherry tomatoes
2 spring onions
1 tbsp. pesto
Butter or oil of choice
Salt and pepper

Baked blueberry oats (serves 1)
¾ cup oats
80g blueberries
1 tsp. cinnamon
1.5 tbsp. sweetener of choice
1 egg
70g Greek yogurt
10g protein powder
1 tsp. vanilla essence

Tofu scramble (Serves 2)
200g firm tofu
100g mushrooms
2 tomatoes
1 small red onion
Handful coriander
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. jerk seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. tamari
Olive oil

  1. This video and your last video I were secretly hoping for you to turn your head to the side so I could see your hairstyle. It looks like a low maintenance style, and I was looking for ideas, and I love that style on you. Love your recipes. I take silken tofu and freeze it and then squeeze out the water and add little cashew cream and make my tofu scramble.

  2. Hi Tish! 🙋🏽‍♀️ Didn’t know I needed ramekins until today. This is my second time watching. After the first time, I went to Home Goods & purchased 4 ramekins😃 am definitely trying the baked oats 🙌🏽🙌🏽 as well as the omelette 🤤 I’m not a tofu person but I will try the scramble with eggs😋 I saw another subscriber ask for a series, I second that!!🙏🏽🫶🏽😊
