My high protein soup made of healthy sprouts, flax seeds, Almonds & Some veggies is very quick & simple to make, yet it gives you all that you need to keep you fit & lean. This delicious lunch / dinner Soup recipes will keep you satisfied for long and still help you lose weight.
Ingredients to make sprouts and oats Soup :-
1 Cup Sprouted Moong Dal
1/2 Cup Sprouted Bengal / Kala Chana
1 tbsp roasted flax seeds
8-10 Soaked Almonds
1/4 Cup Fresh Corns
1/4 Cup Chopped Spinach
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Crushed Black pepper
Water as required
Method to make Sprouts and oats Soup :-
Add roasted flax seeds, Sprouted Moong Dal, sprouted kala chana and soaked Almonds to a grinder
Gradually add water to make a smooth paste
Now in a pan heat 1/2 tsp olive oil, add 1 tsp Cumin seeds and some curry Leaves
Once the cumin seeds and curry Leaves starts to crackle add the grinded mixture.
Cook for 30-40 seconds, keep stirring to avoid the pasted getting stuck at the bottom. Add water as required bring it to a boil.
Once boiled add rock salt and crushed black pepper as per taste.
Add Fresh Corns and some chopped spinach.
In the end add 2-3 tbsp of quick oats. Add more water if required
Cover the lid and Let everything simmer for few minutes
Your healthy high on protein and fibre soup is ready to serve.
