  2. Actually u do double cooking which leads to nutrition loss. First giving saute in the pan and grinding again cooking in pan. What's the necessity to do like that. U can add fresh tomotto puree to pan where all other ingredients are in cooking. As like that course grind the mushroom and add in butter cooked onions and add water means the soup will have chunky mushrooms and it will be nice to eat.
