Girl idk how u do it I can never do all of this in an hour. I have ADHD and this would take me all day and then some. Figuring out the meals is what takes the longest tho. Those recipes look delicious. I wish I didn't get so easily overwhelmed.

On your smoothies, if they are already mixed, will they be kind of melted (into a juice) if they sit in the fridge? Just curious if they hold up well if you go ahead and blend them. Great video!

Great video. I personally lost 66 lbs (30 kg) in 8 months without losing any muscle and strength. I followed a cyclical high fat, low carb diet and this worked extremely well for me. Losing fat and keeping it of is incredibly easy if you know what you’re doing 🙂
