400ml of crushed tomato (or 4 small tomato roughly chopped)
70ml of Tomato Paste
6 small beets (4-5 lb)
1 Leek (White part)
1/8 Cabbage
1 small potato diced
3 tablespoon of butter (Coconut Oil for Vegan substitute)
1 cup of vegan Stock
10g Dill
20g Shitake Mushroom
20g Brown Shimeji Mushroom
200g picked beets with juice
2 Bay Leafs
20 peppercorn & coriander Seed
3 cloves of garlic
1L of Water
