Hey is there calorie content for each snack?
As soon as I get my almond butter home, I turn the jar upside down. All the liquid seems to be on the top and by the time you get to the bottom it’s hard and dry.🤔😡
These look fabulous! Do you have the calorie / nutritional breakdown for each snack?
Forgot to ask… Lisa can I freeze the banana balls… I made too many!
Hi there Lisa,
Just finished making the banana and almond butter dipped in chocolate and the banana, oats, etc, balls…all so easy!!! My husband always makes almond butter so this was another wonderful way to use it!! Looking forward to making the tuna balls and other snacks you have… First time visiting you and what a great joy it was…
Lisa, now living full time in Spain
THANK you! First I tried the granola bars, then the cashew tzaziki. All spot on, a hit and (a little) ADDICTIVE . Right now the banana bites are cooling down. Amazing how the flavours get together, and thank you so much for sharing 😊💕🤗
Your recipes are magnificent, but I want to give information about one thing the name of your recipe with cucumbers is a 'Cacık' Turkish food. 🙂
Great recipe! I also tried it using ground chicken, but replaced the lemon juice with 1/4 tsp. mesquite seasoning.Thank you for this idea–LOVE your channel and your inspiration for healthy food choices!!! You are infectious!
Wow thank you so much. I’ve been looking for healthy snack inspirations 🙏🏻
A must try. Thank you, love your channel.
These look amazing and definitely try them. What brand of chocolate chips do you like to use?

Great job doll! I'm inspired! LOL Thanks for Sharing!
☕
Thank you. Can’t wait to try them!
Thanks for these wonderful recipes! I'm excited to try the banana bites -they look scrumptious. I wonder if you chill the almond butter briefly would it be easier to scrape from a spoon onto the banana?. Or perhaps one could try a small pastry bag?
great meal snack
Just put I butter in a baggie and squeeze it out easily. Plus if you have leftovers it store til you use it.
I think it might be better to use a piping bag for the nut butter
Your videos and ingredients are just brilliant. Thank you for dairy free options. You are 💯- can’t wait for my pdfs to arrive thank you
A piping bag would work best with the banana slices.
Tzatziki is generally eaten alone as a side dish. Americans are always dipping stuff in it but in Greece it is a side dish meant to be eaten alone as a digestive for the meal.
Thank you for showing new banana hacks. I love bananas. <3
I’m excited to try these very soon. Thanks!
bananas usually spoil quickly even in the fridge, they go brown if left peeled… wont these energy balls spoil ?
Oh my, lots of healthy snacks here! Thank you !
I made the nut bars. They taste amazing but they did not bind well as bars. So now I eat them as nut clusters. I followed the recipe very well I think.
Is there a substitute for the maple syrup?
cause I dont want to eat the sugar….
can you replace the maple sirup, with coconut oil to make them KETO?
All her snacks are full of sugar and carbs. How does this lady remain slim?
Warning, may contain nuts!
Good morning, please can cucumber also be used as noodles, like the zucchini?
I need CRUNCH. Love the granola bars as I hade commercial ones, too many nasties.
Do I HAVE to peel the cucumber? … "Enjoy one or two banana boats" ..? Hahahahaha
HOw about a piping bag?
Can you link the video on storing celery?
Could you put all your recipes in your videos in a cookbook?
Ziploc
Amazing, can't wait to try all of these! Thanks Lisa 🙂
I wonder about using an icing bag?
Hi there from the UK 🇬🇧 ☺️ I’m going to try to make the granola bars today. Can I freeze them? If so how long do they last. And also how long do they last in the fridge? Thanks 🙂
