Prep time – 20 mins
Cooking time – Nil
(Serves – 1)

Vegan Smoothie – oats milk, peanut butter, cocoa, cinnamon, caramel.
Green Smoothie – Moringa, kale, spinach, cucumber, lemon, mint, ginger, celery, cashew nut, apples.
Fruit Smoothie – Melon, condensed milk, nutmeg powder, vanilla, pepper, coconut water.

Vegan Smoothie
Oats – ½ cup
Ice cold water – 2 cups
Banana (large) – 1 no
Cinnamon Powder – 2tbsp
Vanilla extract – ½ tsp
Cocoa Powder – ½ tbsp
Peanut Butter – ½ cup
Sugar – 1tbsp
