  1. You're getting rid of all the saturated fats though. You need it to reduce lipoprotein and increase healthy HDL cholesterol.

    I get that you want to watch your calorie intake to remain slim but the only deficit to saturated fats is if you don't work out…. or over consumption. Too much of a good thing can always be a bad thing but balance is achievable.
