Healthy, easy and an instant recipe of uttapam made with oats. Apart from oats, sooji or rava is also added to the uttapam.
Instead of sooji you can also use rice flour, thus having a gluten free option for these uttapams. In this recipe I have also added grated carrots, capsicum and onion ,but you can add vegetables of your choice or can make them plain too. I have also tempered the batter which adds extra taste to it. You can make these instant oats uttapam not only for breakfast, but also for brunch or for a quick evening snack.

Suji / Rava / Semolina
Curd
Grated carrots
Chopped Capsicum
Chopped Onion

For Tadka or tempering :

Jeera or Cumin seeds
Rai or Mustard seeds
Hing or asafoetida
