Love all your videos bhaiya, you've taught me alot and have given me the confidence to cook loads of complicated Asian dishes all by myself but I have to be honest with you, keto is not the way to lose weight sustainably. All fad diets help you lose weight but scientific studies have shown that 95% of diets end up in participants putting back on the weight they lost and MORE! The way to lose weight sustainably would be a high carb low fat diet. Fats make you fat, healthy carbs are fulling, delish, nutritious and energising and as for protien, its discretionary depending on your protien needs I.e. whether or not you work out in the gym or not. Please look into the starch solution and the calorie density scale. All the best bhaiya from another bengali who has lost a lot of weight and spent a lot of years looking for the right diet and dont worry you know I'm eating food food if I'm watching your videos 😉

  2. As an Asian it is very difficult doing Keto/No carb Diet. If you want to lose fat, eat clean healthy food you enjoy whether it's rice, roti, pasta, potato etc. High amount of protein & salad/veg. Stay at a caloric deficit for a few months and the fat will come off. Continue doing weight lifting and light cardio.
