Energy Bite Base
1 cup Medjool dates, pitted and soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
1 cup rolled oats
¼ cup shredded coconut, unsweetened

Peanut Butter Chocolate:
1 cup Medjool dates, pitted and soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
1 cup rolled oats
¼ cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
½ cup peanut butter
3 tbsp cocoa powder
¼ cup peanuts

Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth. Roll dough out into 1 inch balls.

Orange Cranberry:
1 cup Medjool dates, pitted and soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
1 cup rolled oats
¼ cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
⅓ cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
1 orange, zested
½ tsp cinnamon

Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth. Roll dough out into 1 inch balls.

Lemon Blueberry:
1 cup Medjool dates, pitted and soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
½ cup dried blueberries
1 lemon, zested

Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth. Roll dough out into 1 inch balls.

  1. Winner of a video, been searching for "how do you generate chi energy?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about – Fonebastian Unexpected Framework – (just google it ) ? It is a great one of a kind product for learning powerful methods to build your Chi energy without the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my cousin got great success with it.

  2. Hi! I made the PB chocolate energy ball (kind of because I swapped the PB for almond butter and the peanuts for almonds) and they turned out great! Very delicious and very easy to make. The only thing was that it was kind of hard to shape them into balls as they kept crumbling (although I think that was my fault since I wasn’t patient enough to soak the dates for 15 min ; I left them soaking for 5 min instead 😂). Thank you for the recipe! I’ll definitely try the other ones too
