Ingredients:-
Taco Shells

For Taco Filling:-
2 cups Pink Rajma, boiled with salt
½ tsp. Oil
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Capsicum, finely chopped
3 Tomatoes, finely chopped
½ tsp. Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Vinegar

For Sour Cream:-
Cahsew Cream
Lemon Juice

For Assembly:-
Lettuce, chopped
Spring Onions, chopped
Grated Cheese

Method:-
– Prick the taco shells with a knife as shown in the video.
– Grease with ghee or oil and arrange on a wire grill as shown in the video.
– Preheat the oven at 180°C and bake for 6 minutes in the middle rack.
– Mash the Rajma beans properly.
– In a wok heat oil and add onion, capsicum, tomatoes, red chilli powder, sugar and vinegar. Mix well.
– Mix the cashew cream and lemon juice together for sour cream.
– Assemble the tacos as shown in the video.

Healthy and Non Fried Mexican Tacos are ready to eat!

  1. Hello! i'm mexican! I just subscribed to your chnnel because I love India and its food. This recipe looks very good but tacos are suposed to be soft, shells are something only usa people use. You can look for "papadillas"or "flautas" but i would recomend the "enfrijoladas" made with beans. Tostadas are also very good.

  3. Just want to tell you that this food is the equivalent of the British cooking "chicken tikka masala". Traditional Mexican food is very healthy and fresh by default. Unless of course you cook some of the dishes that have been changed by European influence over the years. There are plenty of vegetarian dishes that are delicious and don't require you doing things that were meant to please American ignorant palates. I admit our food might be too simple for an Indian person. It can be hot because we might use peppers, but our use of spices is rare and not traditional. The process, pre European culture and ingredients go first. I like to let people eat whatever they want, just remember what it feels like for a foreigner to tell you that "they don't like curry" when they don't understand that there are tons of curries and it's not a super market spice mix
