If you’re on a diet or think salads are boring, then you HAVE to try this! This #LowFatEggSalad is a super simple yet falvourful salad that makes for a perfect and healthy lunch!

Low-Fat Egg Salad Recipe:

Boiled Eggs – 5 nos
Curd – ¼ Cup
Garlic (minced) – 4 cloves
Salt – ½ tsp
Black Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp
Dried Mixed Herbs – ½ tsp

Other Ingredients:

Onion (chopped) – ¼ Cup
Capsicum (chopped) – ¼ Cup
Tomato (chopped) – ¼ Cup
Green Chilli (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves (chopped) – 2 tbsp

Cooking Instructions:

Place 2 boiled egg yolks in a bowl and mash it.
Now add curd, salt, black pepper, garlic, and the mixed herbs to the bowl.
Mix well to form the salad dressing.
Chop the egg whites and add it to a bowl with all the other ingredients.
Mix it with the dressing until evenly combined and serve it chilled.

Cooking Tips:

The salad can be eaten by itself or served with brown bread slices (plain or toasted).
The capsicum can be skipped and substituted with any other vegetable.
