Ingredients:
(Not hard and fast)
1. Lettuce- 1 bunch
2. Onion- 1 pc
3. Cucumber- 1 large pc
4. Tomatoes/ cherry tomatoes- as per choice
5. Paneer/ Cottage cheese- 250 g
6. Pomegranate- as per choice
7. Toasted almonds- as per choice, optional.

For Salad Dressing:
1. Lemon juice of 1 lemon
2. Olive oil- 3-4 tablespoons
3. Grated garlic or garlic powder- 1 tsp
4. Salt- as per taste
5. Pepper- 1 tsp
