  1. Some of the recipes written down – does not include recipes that did not give clear ingredients/instructions and others after the last recipe because i got bored from typing KEKW. Enjoy!

    > Sauce of choice (soy ginger sauce is what's used in the video.)

    Instructions
    > Rinse Noodles
    > Chop up veg
    > Add veg to pan
    > Add konjac noodles
    > Add sauce
    > Mix

    Ingredients
    > 1tsp instant coffee
    > 3tsp sweetner
    > 1.5 tsp option's hot chocolate.
    > boiling water.

    > Put dry ingredients in cup
    > Add boiling water
    > Sprinkle Orange hot chocolate

    > 20g plain flour
    > 15g protein powder (Vanilla or Caramel Whey Protein.)
    > 40g sugar-free icing powder.

    > 3g gelatine
    > 15g sugar-free maple syrup
    > 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    > 30g plain greek yoghurt
    > 15g sugar-free chocolate chips

    Instructions
    > Add dry ingredients (flour, protein powder, icing powder, baking powder, salt, gelatine.)

    > Mix

    > Add wet ingredients (maple syrup, vanilla extract, greek yoghurt.)

    > Mix
    > Add chocolate chips
    > Mix
    > Add mixture to lined baking tray with baking paper.
    > Add a few extra chocolate chips.
    > Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 4-8 minutes

    > Lettuce
    > Protein source of choice (creator used a sliced meat.)
    > Cheese
    > Vegetables of choice (creator used tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, pickles and avocado *i know avocados are a fruit, adding it here anyway. )

    Instructions

    > Wash and dry lettuce

    > Layer protein of choice

    > Add cheese

    > Add vegetables

    > Add dressing of choice

    > Add salt and pepper
    > Make sure everything is centered before wrapping and rolling. (tuck sides in, roll.)

    > Mix
    > Add flour

    > Cook on non-stick pan at medium heat. (mixture makes 4 small pancakes.)
