Homemade condensed milk:

Chawal ki kheer (Rice kheer):

Boondi kheer Recipe:

Healthy kheer (without sugar and without jaggery) recipe

Ingredients
Milk- 500 ml
Rice- 2 tsp
( kheer special rice, here i am using gobinda bhog rice)
Dates- 10-12 pieces
Raisin- 1 tbsp
crush green cardamom- 1 piece

Method:
1. Soak dates and raisin in warm milk for 15 minutes or until they became soft then make a fine paste.
2. Boil 500 ml milk in low flame after 3-4 minutes add rice and stir continuously until the rice boil . This process takes almost 15 minutes.
3. Then add the paste and mix well. switch off the flame after 2 minutes and add crush cardamom .
cool and serve with chopped almonds and raisin.
