This red lentil soup is the most famous soup in Turkey! It’s vegetarian, healthy and has a lot of protein and dietary fiber, thanks to the lentils.
It’s also great during hot summer days: just sprinkle some refreshing lemon juice and enjoy your Turkish lentil soup! If you would like more rich and smokey flavors, top it up with some paprika-butter sauce, too.

What else could you possible want? Give it a try and enjoy!
