  1. If I’m being honest with you, i don’t usually comment something like this but this is an exception. I’ve lost over 40lbs in 2021 and in mid 2022 I’ve started a lean bulk and now doing a cut again. Your recipes literally change how I view food and because of your videos, i want to be a chef. Even tho i did the work; you gave me the inspiration! Thank you and never let your dreams die!

  2. Appreciate you, Rem! Down almost 30lbs! Don’t select me for the giveaway, though… I luckily already have 6 boxes in my pantry!! Let someone else try them! To anyone wondering if they are worth the investment—YES! I thought they were over-hyped… now, I PREFER an Anabar to a candy bar. They are creamier and honestly better tasting. Just try them once. I know it sounds crazy… I did and ordered 6 boxes the next day lol. Keep grinding everyone!

RJF, I Moved to Alabama at my heaviest weight 388lbs, Met a few friends that introduced me to you and I then started to follow your diet plan, got your cookbook, and been hitting the gym 6 days a week 2 hours at a time, including 30min in sauna, proud to say im currently 3 months later 38lbs less and counting. I would love to see more breakfast ideas come out of your channel like this, simple quick very low caloric intake and high as eff in protein.

  5. Huge thank you for helping me change the way I eat. I used to confine myself to my apartment in shame of my weight. After just a few months of using the RJF cookbook, my shirt rips every time I move my arm, because my muscles are too big, but that's alright because people just give me money for new shirts now, unprompted, because they feel threatened by my obvious excessive testosterone levels. I have to carry a baton when I leave the house to fend off the hordes of beautiful women that throw themselves upon me as I walk to my McLaren, and my dog has literally started worshipping me because I'm so exceedingly Alpha that he thinks I'm supernatural. This cookbook produces results.

I had a real nice wake up call back in august when I went in for a physical. I’m 26 and 5’11” I stepped on the scale at 308. Today I woke up a beautiful 250.0 I plan on continuing everything I’ve been doing after all “it’s like dad always says” it doesn’t feel like you’re dieting when you’re eating delicious foods like these.
