  1. for god's sake you can have a little rice. if I have something high in carbs o just make sure I have lower carb meals for the rest of the day. I used to have an eating disorder and feared carbs. honestly…I am much happier, bit thicker but I can eat a big bowl of Bolognese if I want to. Honestly….do whatever make you healthy and happy. mentally and physically

  2. Or you could just take a shot of apple cider vinegar after eating anything cruciferous. Or if you're cooking broccoli or cabbage or cauliflower once you're done boiling it etc add just a touch of distilled vinegar to the water towards the end of cooking before pulling it out
