  1. impromptu cashew milk recipe!

    1 cup cashews
    3.5 cups water
    1 tablespoon of honey (or 2 dates)

    soak the cashews in 1.5 cups of water for 16-24 hours in a cold place. take the softened cashews and put in the blender with the water. add honey and the remaining 2 cups of water and blend until it’s smooth.

    makes 4 cups of milk

    (if you want a smooth texture, strain out the pulp with a cheesecloth)

  2. hi y’all! just a reminder: it’s great to eat healthy, but don’t feel bad eating unhealthy things too. if that’s what your body really wants, it’s okay! don’t limit your food intake too much or you could mess up your relationship with it! stay happy and make sure you are doing things like this for the right reasons. 💕🥰💓
