HII here’s an easy & healthy recipe that will show you how healthy food & desserts don’t have to taste like cardboard! More recipes on IG @jaztyler

LAYER 1:
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut oil
3 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup protein powder
-mix all ingredients, roll into little logs and freeze for 30 min, then smear on Layer 2 & 3.

LAYER 2:
10 medjool dates
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
splash of almond milk
-boil the dates for 20 min and remove the pit. Blend all ingredients together until you make a caramel. Smear onto Layer 1.

LAYER 3:
lots of melted dark chocolate & flakey sea salt
