  2. I used to watch your videos a lot and for some reason they weren’t coming across on my YouTube subscriptions any longer but this video was recommended, luckily!
    I just have to say, I watched your videos when you were still in the Chicago area, when you moved to LA and all of that and seriously I can just see and hear such a change in you.   3. Sorry this is along slightly sappy comment. I unsubscribed to you a while ago while you were in your intense overworking phase. I unsubscribed to many fitness channels as I felt that I would watch their videos as a motivator to punish myself with exercise. However you came up in my recommended recently and seeing your growth has really resonated with me. You were the person that encouraged me to try weight lifting and I will be forever grateful for the impact you’ve had on my life. To see you in such a healthy and happy place helps me realise I too can achieve that balance of healthy eating but not restricting. I am once again subscribed and being gluten and dairy free myself looking forward to trying these recipes!

  4. Hey love,❤️ would appreciate a video on How to get Lean and toned without getting bulky and big. I know girls can't get bulky that easily, but my figure is already kinda big (not muscular bulky like boys). I'm trying to lean down but would love a video on exercises for it (at home version)💕💖

Not food related but wahts your thoughts on fitbits apple watches etc? do you use one or do you think there even worth having especially someone with an eating disorder or someone that has problems with being number focused? also thoughts on the whole 10k steps a day is that even neccesary or is 6-8k steps a day good as well?
