Does noone use the displacement method to measure shortening, peanut butter, etc., anymore?
Hey Mandy. I'm from Utah and scarfing down is here as well.
Thanks so much
Happy Belated Birthday to Steven btw! Didn't get a chance to catch the last video due to work.
Sweet & Spicy – just like Mandy!
Love y'all! Keep the great videos coming!
Yes scarfing it down is a thing!! At least here in Tennessee 😂
Grown adults can do squeezy fruit packets! I grab one and a Kind bar for Sunday-on-the-go breakfast. 1 serving of fruit = done. ❤
We scarf things down in Missouri! It's a thing. Your recipes look great. Gonna try them all.
Mandy! I grew up in California and we said scarf it down all the time! I'm in Tennessee now but I say it here too! HAHA When I need an idea I always go to your YT channel for ideas. Love you both and love your dishes.
I want to make the honey sriracha chicken and broccoli. Yum! 😋
Happy belated Birthday Common Tater! 🎉
Scarfing it down is used in the North as well as the South. You used it correctly. Describes someone eating food quickly.
She wants some pork
We in said it all the time. I grew up in Michigan with my southern relatives , not sure where I heard it
I made the taco meatloaf awhile back it was good. We don't have it any other way anymore.
I was born and raised in Boston, Ma. I and a large portion of my family have always said scarf! It's definitely a thing. Lol. Not just a Southern thing.
Lots of love from England where I now live. Blessings to all of you xx ❤
I use aspercreme. I had a shot today; guess where!
I love your videos, sometimes I need to substitute an ingredient. I get Imperfect Foods Mostly organic.
Hi Nanny!! I live in Idaho and love visiting the Kooskia area! What a fun trip, and what an amazing family you have. My father was a firefighter, so I understand his love for firefighting. I have just loved watching you in Idaho!! Enjoy your time here in our beautiful state!!❤
lol, does anyone else smoosh up their ground meat so it no longer looks like worm shapes in the pan 😂😂 I like it when ground meat is in like round chunks and not the way it looks out of the package…Ionno freaks me out otherwise!
and yes, I also like doubling sauce! We like things saucy here, too.
Love your fur baby. ❤️
I notice that when you use broccoli you cut all the florets off but not use the stem. The best bit in my opinion. If you cut the outer part or the woody bit of the stem and steam/saute with the rest of the florets it's delicious. Less waste is a winner in my house.
I live in PA and scarfing something down is normal
I've heard it all my life…from Texas. I'm not sure if it's a southern thing, though.
I’m in CA and we say scarfing it down lol 😆 👍🫂👏👏
We say scarfing it down in south Dakota as well and we said it in Washington state
I think you & your hubby are the cutest couple on the tube I just subscribed and started watching you a week ago and I absolutely Love your channel I don't follow recipes much so I just get inspired with your videos. Your kitty cat is so sweet its really hard as they get older. Thx again for all your amazing videos it really helps me change up our meals.
I love the way you call Worcestershire the "Dub" sauce. I just heard another way to pronounce it. It was "Wash Your Sister Sauce", and I think you have to have an accent to make it work. Your Boil, Foil, and Oil accent will do just fine.
Looks good
