  1. For the pesto pasta along with veggies
    1 cup of your pasta of choice
    While waiting for your pasta
    You can make your pesto (you don't always have to make it you can just buy it) and after that drain your pasta and add your pasta to the pan along with 1 cup of pesto mix and then add some parmasean cheese then add in your spinach and there you have it

    For the salmon one
    Add 1 cup of brown rice to a pot and boil
    While your waiting prep your salmon
    Cut up your salmon season it and put a little bit of oil in the pan pour your salmon and cook until golden brown now remove from the pan and make the sauce she drizzled on wich was mayo ketchup and mustard with tartar sauce then pour your rice and salmon into a bowl and top with cucumbers or anything you would like and drizzle some of the sauce anddd done

    For the chicken stir fry with 🥦

    First cut up chicken breast into bite size peices,then season with whatever seasons you'd like,then into your pan add your cut up chicken then and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar,then add ketchup along with soy sauce teriyaki sauce,grated garlic,and add some boiled broccoli and there ya go
