Hello! In today’s video I am showing you some healthy dessert recipes that are easy to make and taste good! These gluten free recipes are gluten free desserts that are healthy. Twix bars
Crust:
– 1 cup almond flour
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 1 tbsp coconut oil
– 1 tbsp maple syrup

Caramel:
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch salt

Melted chocolate on top
Freeze 30 minutes with caramel layer, then pour chocolate on top, freeze another hour. Slice and enjoy!

Crisp:
– 3 tbsp almond flour.
– 1 tbsp tapioca flour
– 2 tbsp slivered almonds
– 1 tbsp melted coconut oil (or grass fed butter)
– 1/2 tsp vanilla

Fruit:
– 1 cup sliced strawberries (I like to use organic)
– 1/2 cup chopped rhubarb
– Juice 1/2 lemon
– 2 tsp tapioca flour.

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix fruit filling together first and add to baking dish. Assemble crisp and sprinkle over the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Let rest 15 mins before serving.

Brownie Batter
– 1/2 cup almond flour
– 1 tbsp cacao powder
– 1 tbsp maple syrup
– 1 tbsp coconut oil
– 1 tsp vanilla
– Handful chocolate chips

    I know you've got your deserts recipe ebook (love using that!). Do you have another place to access all your other written recipes, another ebook or website? Sometimes I want to look through your recipes to choose, but it can be a bit tricky going through all the youtube videos to find what I'm looking for. Especially if I have a specific ingredient I want to use. ❤
