Healthy Dessert Recipe: 3-ingredient Raspberry Sorbet💗🤩 This quick dessert idea tastes super fresh and yummy😋 Perfect for hot summer days☀️

This makes 2 servings

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups / 10.5 oz. frozen raspberries (600 ml / about 300 g)*
juice of 1 1/2 limes
1 – 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup, to taste (or honey if you don’t have ibs)

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth
2. Serve immediately!


*If you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, use less than 1/3 cup / 60 g raspberries per serving, and add frozen blueberries instead☺️
