Ingredients-
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup nuts ( cashew and almonds)
1/2 cup soft dates, pitted
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
Dark chocolate
2 cups (about 500ml) cow’s milk
1 tsp instant coffee, mixed with 1 tsp Luke warm water( optional)
Toasted nuts, for topping

  1. This actually turns out pretty good, just like in the video. It's tasty and the structure is just as an ice cream should be. Definitely sweeten it extra, though. Some stevia or something. And then you've got yourself a perfect sugarfree ice cream. And what also mattered to me – no bananas. Excellent recipe, easy to make!
