  1. Not sure where I went wrong, but the cake was not cooked after 50 minutes, after 60 minutes. The flavor is extremely off, maybe like a weird savory flavor, was it the olive oil? I added sugar free Hersey chocolate chips. I looks nice, really huge loaf, but still raw mushy inside and nasty taste. I used half Stevia and half Allulose.
