Recipe –
Ingredients :
For Tomato Puree – Tomatoes – 500g
Bay Leaf – 2

For Sabzi – Ghee – 2 Tbsp
Powdered Cashewnuts – 50g
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Salt – to season
Stevia – ½ tsp
Tomato Ketchup – 2 tbsp (optional)
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Milk – 4 Tbsp
Corn Flour – 1 tsp
Kasoori Methi – ½ tsp
Punjabi Garam Masala – ¼ tsp

Prepare Paneer – Ghee – 1 Tbsp
Green Cardamom – 3 (crushed)
Green Chili – 2 (slit)
Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Paneer – 500g (cubed)

  3. MCTs are fats that can be quickly utilized by the body, and they're less likely to be stored as fat. So when Ranveer (BeerBicep guy ) says 'If you want less calorie' reduce the ghee that is not fully true. If you want less calories then eat less carbs aka naan etc with this delicious recipe, do no skimp on the ghee. Great collab both of you, all the best!

  4. Not the fittest person myself, but i tend to replace cashews with a mix of cashews and blanched almonds or entirely blanched almonds. I dont mind using the almonds as such too since a lot of nutrition is in the peel. I also use fat free evaporated milk or skim milk itself instead of cream. I find it has the same effect as cream.
