Smoked Salmon Bagel
– unbun paleo bagel
– fauxmaggerie cashew smokes jalepeno cheese
– – smoked salmon
– everything bagel seasoning
– green onion
– wedge of lemon
seedy porridge
– 1 cup almond milk
– 1 tbsp chia seeds
– 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
– 2 tbsp hemp hearts
– 1/4 tsp vanilla.
– 1 scoop collagen
– top with berries and nut butter
Shakshuka
1 tbsp avocado oil
1/2 onion
1-2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 can diced tomatoes
2 eggs
bake at 375F for 7-8 minutes or until whites are cooked

My kids call me the shakshuka queen.
I make it so many different ways
Saute onions and peppers and just about any vegetable ( broccoli, zucchini, peas…)add garlic and spices fresh tomatoes
Or green shakahuka- spinach with onions and any other veg with a cream sauce
