Lemon Blender Protein Pancakes 🍋
2 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup gluten-free flour
1 zest of lemon
1/2 lemon juiced
top with berry compote:
add berries (any amount) with a squeeze of lemon and drizzle of maple syrup and reduce down over medium heat while you make the pancakes!

London Fog Earl Grey Latte 🫖
7 oz of hot water 200F
2 bags of earl grey tea
2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 – 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1/2 cup steamed milk
these are THE best pancakes

Savory Oats
Organic Sprouted Rolled Oats cooked according to directions
salt + pepper + red pepper flakes to taste
add 2TBS of parmigiano reggiano per serving
runny egg
blue agave hot sauce THIS IS THE BEST and I don’t even like spicy!

Garden Veggie Wrap
Scramble eggs and let cook for 2-3 minutes & add your tortilla over the top, I use the siete grain-free burrito wraps these are amazing!
add caramelized onion, zucchini, cottage cheese & chives (AMAZING combo) and Parmigiano reggiano and fold as shown in the video. SO YUMMY!!

Carrot Apple Collagen Muffins
2 cups gluten free flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp salt
3 scoops collagen peptides
3 eggs
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup MCT oil
13/3 cup applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 zest of orange
1/4 cup raw honey
1/3 orange or pineapple juice
4 grated large carrots
2 grated medium-sized apples grated
1/4 cup raisins
preheat oven to 425 and bake for 5 mins then lower the heat to 350 for 18 minutes and enjoy!! these are so fluffy and yummy!

Sprouted Brown Rice Lemon Blueberry Waffles
1 cup sprouted brown rice flour
1/4 tapioca flour
1/4 salt
1 zest of lemon
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 lemon squeezed
4 TBS butter melted and cooled for a minute
dash of cinnamon
2 scoops collagen peptides
mix in 1 cup of blueberries

  1. Very excited to start this video and try these breakfast recipes. I have never been a big breakfast eater typically skipping breakfast but I'm trying harder to eat breakfast to start my day off right so I'm not starving by the time I actually eat and end up making bad choices because I want something quick just to satisfy my hunger.

  2. Okay two things! I think after seeing you drink your London fog drink I think I’m FINALLY sold on it and want to give it a try tomorrow morning . And 2nd! THE PANCAKES. When I’m able to eat dairy and eggs again ( breastfeeding) can’t wait to make them. Adding this video to my recipe playlist !
