1/2 tbsp yellow mustard(पीली सरसों)

1/2 tbsp poppy seeds(खसखस)
10-12 black pepper(काली मिर्च)
1 garlic clove(लहसुन)
1/2 inch ginger(अदरक)
1/3 cup hung curd(दही)
80 grams of cottage cheese(पनीर)
Vegetables
1 small broccoli(ब्रोकोली)
150 gm carrot(गाजर)
1/2 Red capsicum(शिमला मिर्च)
1/2 yellow capsicum(शिमला मिर्च)
1 small cucumber(खीरा)
1/2 cup corn(मक्का)
1 tbsp lemon juice(नींबू का रस)
Salt(नमक)
